This sweet, citrusy punch is perfect for breakfast parties, brunches, or anytime you’re feeding a crowd.
It’s bubbly, refreshing, and way more fun than just plopping juice bottles on the table.

Ok so our friend group’s been doing these weekend brunch hangouts lately.
It’s just a bunch of us, kids running around, someone brings muffins, someone else shows up with a dozen scrambled eggs in a crockpot.
It’s a great way to connect and enjoy good food!
Last time it was my turn to bring drinks and I almost grabbed the usual orange and apple juice.
But then I remembered this punch I saw on Pinterest like, forever ago.
I decided to give it a try and oh my gosh, it was such a hit!
Even the picky drinkers (and yes, I’m including my middle one in that) went back for seconds.
Oh, and another hit summer drink is the Lemon Mojito for adults!
Ingredients for Brunch Punch

All you need are a few fridge and pantry staples to pull this together.
I like to keep a couple of these on hand anyway, especially when the girls have friends over or I’m trying to make breakfast feel a little more fun.
- Orange juice – gives it that classic brunchy vibe, any kind works
- Pineapple juice – adds a bit of tropical sweetness that makes the whole thing pop
- Cranberry juice – for that pretty color and a little tart to balance the sweet
- Ginger ale – makes it bubbly and fun, the kids think it’s soda
- Club soda – cuts the sweetness a bit and keeps it from being too heavy
- An orange – slice it up for a cute little garnish (optional, but I always do it)
- Strawberries – I like to float a few sliced strawberries in there too
- Ice – because nobody wants warm punch, especially first thing in the morning
How to Make a Breakfast Punch

1. Mix the Juices
Grab a big pitcher or punch bowl and pour in the orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice. Give it a good stir so everything’s blended.
I always make sure my juices are chilled over night so I can start with a nice cool punch!
2. Add the Bubbles
Right before you’re ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale and club soda. This keeps the fizz from going flat too soon.
I learned the messy way to pour slow. Otherwise, it might foam over!
3. Slice and Toss In the Orange and Strawberries
Slice up the orange and float the pieces on top. Add in the sliced strawberries too.
They make it look way more put together than it actually is.
4. Serve Over Ice
Fill each glass with ice and ladle in the punch. You’ll feel like a party host even if you’re still in slippers!
A Breakfast Punch Worth Waking Up For!
This punch has officially earned a spot in our weekend rotation.
It’s way more fun than plain juice and just as easy!
If you’ve got a brunch coming up (or just want to make Saturday feel special), give it a try and watch it disappear.
