Soften cream cheese for 30 min (I always forget this!)
Slice most strawberries, save a few whole ones for topping.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla.
Gently fold in cool whip (dont overmix).
Grab a 9x13 dish.
Spread thin layer of cream mixture on bottom.
Layer graham crackers, breaking to fit.
Add cream mixture then strawberry slices.
Repeat layers (crackers, cream, berries).
Finish with final cream layer on top.
Decorate with whole berries.
Refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight is best
