Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Fold in spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  • Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly on top.
