Preheat oven to 275°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place mini pretzel twists upside down on the trays.
Add one unwrapped Rolo near the bottom of each pretzel.
Bake for 1 minute until Rolos are just soft.
Quickly press 3 candy corn pieces into each Rolo.
Stick 2 candy eyes onto each Rolo.
Press an orange or yellow M&M under the eyes.
Add a small dot of red icing next to the M&M.
Let sit 20 minutes or chill in fridge for 5.
