Pecan Pie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often. Let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
  • Stir in the cooled pecans.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or vanilla wafers.
