Add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Scoop the batter into your mini muffin pan, filling each about ¾ full.
Bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean
Let them cool for a few minutes before taking them out
