Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to save yourself scrubbing later!
Combine 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper in a small bowl. The youngest loves helping with this part!
Rub this seasoning mixture all over both sides of your chicken breasts, then place them in the crockpot.
Pour 1 cup of Italian dressing over the chicken, making sure each piece gets coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. I usually do low when we have all-day soccer tournaments.
If you want shredded chicken (great for sandwiches!), pull it out and use two forks to shred it up.
