Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sour cream, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in cheese and green onions.
Fold in both types of olives.
Cut French bread in half widthwise then lengthwise (making 4 pieces).
Spread olive-cheese mixture evenly on cut sides of bread.
Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
Broil 1-2 minutes until cheese gets dark golden spots.
Slice, add parsley if desired, and serve!
