Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top.
Pour melted butter evenly across the cake mix.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if using.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
