4th of July No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

packages
8 oz each of cream cheese, softened
1/3
cup
sugar
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
the real stuff makes such a difference!
1/4
cup
powdered sugar
gives it that little extra sweetness

cups
Cool Whip thawed out
take it out of freezer about an hour before

sleeve of Graham crackers
crushed into crumbs
4
tablespoons
butter
melted (to hold those crumbs together)
2
cups
fresh strawberries cut in half
1/3
cup
blueberries
Instructions
Make the Crust
Mix graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter in bowl until like damp sand
Press into 9x13 dish using measuring cup bottom
Chill in fridge
Make the Filling
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth
Add powdered sugar and vanilla
Gently fold in Cool Whip (don't overmix!)
Scoop filling onto crust and spread to corners
Spread and Chill
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (2 is better)
Make Your Flag
Arrange strawberry halves in rows for stripes
Place blueberries in top left corner for stars
