Every year my oven is packed full of turkey, casseroles, and who knows what else, so I love having a few no bake Christmas treats ready to go.

These are the ones I can make ahead, stash in the fridge, and pull out when I need something sweet fast.
They’re just as tasty as anything baked and honestly way less stressful.
And you can make anything from truffles and cookies to fudge and bars, all without baking!
If you’ve got kids hanging around the kitchen, these are perfect for them to help with too.
No Bake Christmas Cookies
These are the kind of cookies you can mix up in one bowl, chill, and call it a day.
They’re chewy, sweet, and full of that classic Christmas flavor without turning on the oven.
1. Cornflake Wreath Cookies
Melt a bit of butter with marshmallows and stir in green food coloring until it’s all bright and gooey.
Add cornflakes and mix quick before it sets, then drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and shape them into little wreaths.
Stick a few red candies on top for the “berries.”
I usually have to wash my hands halfway through because it gets sticky fast, but they look so cute when they’re done.
2. Coconut Pecan Cookies
These taste like something you’d find at a bake sale table in the best way.
Mix together shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and sweetened condensed milk until sticky and thick.
Scoop little mounds onto wax paper and chill until firm.
You can drizzle a bit of melted chocolate over them when they’re cold enough to hold their shape.
3. Cranberry Praline Cookies
Combine crushed graham crackers, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and a caramel sauce made from melted butter and brown sugar.
Stir until everything’s coated and press the mix into small rounds on a baking sheet.
Once cool, they firm up into chewy, nutty bites with a tart edge from the cranberries.
You can sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top before they set if you like that sweet-salty thing.

4. Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs, condensed milk, and a splash of vanilla until it comes together like dough.
Roll into balls then flatten onto some parchment paper.
Press in some sprinkles before chilling in the fridge.
My kids go nuts over these because of the sprinkles, and honestly, same.
5. Gingerbread Cookies
If you’re too tired to roll out real gingerbread dough, these are the next best thing.
Mix crushed gingersnaps with cream cheese, oats, and a little molasses until smooth.
Roll into balls, flatten, and chill.
Drizzle each one with melted white chocolate and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
I like to pop one in my mouth cold from the fridge, they taste even spicier that way.
No Bake Christmas Bars and Squares
Rich, layered, and super easy to slice, these bars are perfect for parties or potlucks.
Most of them set right in the fridge, which means less mess and more treats.
6. Marshmallow Bars
Melt some peanut butter with butterscotch chips and chocolate chips then toss with mini marshmallows.
Press the mix into a greased pan and press some red and green M&M’s on top.
Chill until it hardens and then cut into squares.
7. Salted Caramel Tree Bars
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together corn syrup and brown sugar, then let it bubble for about 30 minutes befor removing and adding some peanut butter.
In a bowl, mix together crushed pretzels, oats, and Rice Krispies then add the warm mix.
Press this into a pan and let it chill before covering with chocolate melted with peanut butter (honestly, you can do that part in the microwave).
Put the fridge to chill and once it’s set you can cut them into triangles and decorate like Christmas trees.
8. Rice Krispie Squares
I know, we all make these, but I swear Christmas ones hit different!
Melt marshmallows and butter, then stir in the cereal until coated.
Press into a pan and scatter sprinkles before it cools.
You can also drizzle with melted white chocolate to make them a little fancier.
9. Mint Squares
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter for the base.
Blend powdered sugar, butter, and peppermint extract for the creamy middle, then spread it on thick.
Melt chocolate chips for the top and smooth it out before chilling.
I always cut small pieces since they’re super rich.
10. Christmas Slice
This one’s like a fridge cake gone festive!
Mix crushed biscuits, coconut, cocoa, and chopped white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk.
Stir in red and green M&Ms, press it into a lined pan, and chill until firm.
Once it sets, slice into squares and try not to eat three in a row while wrapping presents.
No Bake Christmas Truffles
Creamy, bite-sized, and perfect for gift boxes, these truffles taste fancy but take barely any effort.
Just roll, chill, and dip in chocolate for a holiday win.
11. Sugar Cookie Truffles
Crush sugar cookies into fine crumbs and mix with cream cheese until it feels like thick dough.
Roll into balls, chill for a bit, then dip in melted white chocolate.
I like to top them with crushed candy cane pieces so they look snowy.
Keep them cold or they get soft pretty quick.
12. Gingerbread Truffles
Blend gingersnap crumbs with cream cheese and a little molasses until smooth.
Roll into balls and coat in white or milk chocolate, then dust with cinnamon.
They taste like little bites of spiced cheesecake.
I stash mine in the freezer and sneak one when no one’s looking.
13. Chocolate Peppermint Truffles
Heat up cream and pour it over chocolate chips, then stir until melted and smooth.
Add a drop of peppermint extract, chill, and roll into balls once it thickens.
Dip them in chocolate again for a shell and top with crushed candy canes.
The double chocolate makes them super rich and fudgy.
14. Biscoff Truffles
Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with cream cheese until smooth.
Roll into balls and dip in white chocolate, then drizzle with melted Biscoff spread on top.
The spice and caramel flavor is so good with coffee.
I actually like them straight from the freezer, they taste like cookie dough.
15. Chocolate Orange Truffles
Melt dark chocolate with a splash of cream and stir in orange zest or extract.
Once chilled, scoop and roll into balls, then coat in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate.
The orange cuts through the richness just right.
No Bake Christmas Bites
These little treats are great for snacking or filling cookie trays.
They come together quick and add a fun mix of colors and textures to any spread.
16. Cherry Snowball Cookies
Wrap a small ball of cookie dough around a whole maraschino cherry so it’s hidden inside.
Roll each one in shredded coconut until fully coated, then chill until firm.
The cherry in the middle gives a sweet surprise when you bite in.
I love how they look like tiny snowballs sitting on a cookie plate.
17. Sugared Cranberry Cheesecake Bites
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a bit of lemon juice until smooth, then spoon it onto graham cracker rounds.
Add sugared cranberries on top for sparkle. I love how the tart berries balance the creamy filling.
These hold up best chilled and look so pretty on a dessert tray.
18. Mini S’mores Tarts
Line mini muffin cups with crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter.
Fill with chocolate ganache and top with a mini marshmallow.
Use a lighter or broiler to toast the marshmallow just a little but be super careful you don’t burn anything!
19. Dipped Ritz Crackers (put nutella between two crackers)
Spread Nutella between two Ritz crackers, dip in melted chocolate (or just half), and set them on wax paper to harden.
Add crushed candy cane or sprinkles before they set.
The salty-sweet mix is ridiculously good.
I make a huge batch because they vanish as fast as I can dip them.
20. Dipped Wafers
Grab a pack of store-bought wafers and dip them halfway into melted chocolate.
Shake on sprinkles, crushed nuts, or coconut while the chocolate’s wet.
Let them dry on parchment and you’ve got a quick, cute treat.
No Bake Christmas Candy
From bark to sweet clusters, these candies bring all the holiday nostalgia.
You only need a few ingredients to make something that looks impressive and tastes amazing.
21. Christmas Bark
Melt white or dark chocolate and spread it over parchment in a thin layer.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes, pretzels, or M&Ms on top while it’s still warm.
Let it harden, then break it into big uneven pieces.
I always eat the smaller broken bits while I pack up the rest for gifts.
22. Christmas Crack
Line a baking sheet with crackers and pour a bubbling mix of butter and brown sugar over them.
Bake until bubbly, then pour melted chocolate on top and spread it smooth.
Chill until it hardens, then crack into pieces.
Christmas crack is dangerous to have around because you keep saying “just one more.”
23. Reindeer Pretzels
Lay out pretzels, drop a bit of melted chocolate in the middle, and stick a candy melt or M&M on for the nose.
Use smaller pretzels for antlers and mini candy eyes if you’ve got them.
Let them set until firm.
Kids love making these and end up eating half before they’re finished.
24. Gumdrop Nougat Candy
Melt white chocolate chips and marshmallows together with a bit of butter until smooth.
Stir in chopped colorful gumdrops and spread into a lined dish.
Chill until firm and cut into squares.
It looks like stained glass and tastes like sweet, chewy vanilla.
25. Meringue Trees
Beat egg whites with sugar until glossy peaks form, then tint green and pipe little tree shapes onto a lined tray.
Add sprinkles before they dry and let them sit in a cool oven until crisp.
They’re light and crunchy with just the right sweetness.
No Bake Christmas Fudge
Smooth, creamy, and super rich, these fudge recipes are foolproof.
Most come together in minutes and chill into perfect little squares of Christmas joy.
26. Sugar Cookie Fudge
Melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk until smooth and thick.
Stir in vanilla and crushed sugar cookies, then pour into a lined pan.
Add sprinkles on top before it sets so they stick.
I keep this one in the fridge because it slices cleaner when cold.
27. Hot Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
Melt chocolate chips with a can of condensed milk, stir in cocoa powder, and a splash of peppermint extract.
Spread it in a pan and top with crushed candy canes or mini marshmallows.
Once firm, slice it into squares.
It tastes like a cup of cocoa in candy form!
28. White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge
Melt white chocolate and condensed milk, then mix in crushed candy canes and pour into a small square pan.
Smooth the top and sprinkle more candy cane pieces.
It smells like a candy shop when you cut into it.
29. Biscoff Fudge
Melt white chocolate with condensed milk and stir in a few spoonfuls of Biscoff spread.
Pour into a lined pan and swirl extra spread on top before chilling.
The flavor’s warm and spiced, kind of like a Christmas cookie.
My youngest loves to lick the spoon when I’m done!
30. Gingerbread Fudge
Mix white chocolate chips with condensed milk and add a spoon of molasses, a bit of cinnamon, and ginger.
Pour into a small dish and sprinkle crushed gingersnaps on top.
Let it set before slicing small squares since it’s sweet and rich.
No Bake Christmas Desserts
When you want something more than cookies but still easy, these no bake desserts hit the spot.
Layered, creamy, and totally crowd-pleasing, they make the holidays taste special without the stress.
31. Cranberry Tiramisu
Layer ladyfingers dipped in cranberry juice or light syrup with sweetened mascarpone or cream cheese.
Add a layer of cranberry sauce and repeat until the dish is full.
Chill for a few hours so it firms up and slice like cake.
The tangy cranberry with creamy layers tastes so fancy for something that took ten minutes.
32. Gingerbread Cheesecake
Mix crushed gingersnaps with melted butter and press into a pan for the crust.
Beat cream cheese with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little molasses for the filling, then spread it thick on top.
Chill until firm and top with whipped cream or cookie crumbs.
I’d eat this straight from the pan if no one was watching.
33. Red Velvet Cake Trifle
Cut chunks of red velvet cake (store-bought works fine) and layer them with whipped cream cheese frosting.
Add crushed candy cane or white chocolate curls in between for color.
Keep layering until you hit the top of the trifle bowl.
It looks beautiful and feeds a crowd without any baking fuss.
34. Christmas Jelly Cake
Press crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter into the bottom of a dish for the crust.
Spread a layer of whipped cream over it, then pour on the green jelly layer once it’s partly set.
Add another layer of whipped cream, then the red jelly on top and chill until firm.
Finish with more whipped cream and Christmas sprinkles for that bright, jiggly holiday look.
35. Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna
Layer crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter for the base.
Add a peppermint cream cheese layer, then chocolate pudding, then whipped topping. Sprinkle crushed candy cane or chocolate shavings on top.
It tastes just like a peppermint mocha dessert!
A Little Holiday Magic Without the Baking
No oven, no problem!
These no bake Christmas treats save so much time and still taste like you spent all day in the kitchen.
They’re perfect for last-minute parties, kid helpers, or when you’re just too tired to deal with cookie sheets.
I like to keep a few of these in the fridge through December so there’s always something sweet when family drops by.
